Kind & Fern provides this website for information about our products and to share bath-time inspiration. By using the site you agree to do so responsibly and not to misuse, copy without permission, or attempt to disrupt it.

We do our best to keep content accurate and up to date, but we don’t warrant that every detail is error-free. Product information, availability and pricing may change.

Waitlist

Joining the Splash Edit waitlist adds your email address to our list so we can tell you when the product launches. If you tick the optional marketing box you also agree to receive playful bath ideas and early-bird perks.

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by contacting us. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.

Purchases & checkout

Purchases are processed through Shopify. When you proceed to checkout, Shopify’s own terms of service, privacy policy and refund terms apply. Please review them at checkout.

Any subscription (recurring billing) is managed through Shopify’s subscription app. You can cancel or manage your subscription at any time through your Shopify account.

Delivery is currently limited to Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales). We are not able to ship to Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland at launch - we are working on it.

Intellectual property

All content on this site - including text, images, logos and design - is owned by Kind & Fern or used with permission. You may not reproduce it without our written consent.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kind & Fern is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Our liability for purchases is governed by the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Shopify’s terms.
